Waist Measurement

Waist Measurement

Measure from one side of the waistband to the other side. Be sure to pull any folds or looseness from both fronts and backs so the jeans are laying completely flat. The total distance of this measurement multiplied by 2 is your waist measurement.



Seat / Hips Measurement

Seat / hips Measurement

At this stage we recommend putting the jeans on and identifying where you are fullest or widest in the hips including your seat/ buttocks. Mark the jeans on both sideseams at this spot for use in the 'Waist to hips measurement'. Then remove your jeans and measure from one side to the other side where you have made the marks. Be sure to pull any folds or looseness from both fronts and backs so the jeans are laying completely flat. You will then multiply this measurement by 2.

This is your seat/ hips measurement.


Waist to Hip Meansurement

Waist to Hip Measurement

We recommend putting your favorite jeans on and identifying where you are fullest or widest in the hips including your seat/ buttocks. Mark the jeans on both sideseams at these spot for the 'Waist to hips measurement'.

Tip: Mark this point on the side seams with masking tape or chalk for the seat/ hips measurement.


Front Rise Measurement


Front Rise Measurement

Measure from the crotch where the inseam meets the front and back seams to the top of the waistband. Be sure to pull any folds or looseness from the front so the jeans are laying completely flat.

This measurement is known as the front rise.


Back Rise Measurement

Back Rise Measurement

Measure from the crotch where the inseam meets the front and back seams to the top of the waistband. Be sure to pull any folds or looseness from the back so the jeans are laying completely flat.

This measurement is known as the back rise.



Thigh Measurement

Thigh at Fullest Place

Measure from the crotch where the inseam meets the front and back seams to the sideseam. Be sure to pull any folds or looseness from both fronts and backs so the jeans are laying completely flat.

Measure from crotch to sideseam. You will then multiply this measurement by 2.

This is your thigh at fullest measurement.



Knee MeasurementKnee Measurement

Measure where the jeans are widest in the knee; normally about half distance from the waistband and the bottom hem. Measure from one side to the other side. You will then multiply this measurement by 2.

This is your knee measurement.



Inseam Length MeasurementInseam Length

Measure the inseam from the crotch where the front & back seams meet to the bottom of the leg at the length you wish your jeans to reach. Keep in mind any shoes or boots you will wear when you wear your jeans.

This is your inseam measurement.



Open Leg MeasurementLeg Opening

Measure from one side to the other side. You will then multiply this measurement by 2.

This is your leg opening measurement.
